Decarbonisation Roadmap
From target to timeline
Turn a reduction target into the actual projects, in the order you can afford them, with each step tied back to the emissions it removes from your baseline.
What you get
- Your Scope 1 and 2 emissions, and the Scope 3 categories that matter, split by where they come from, so every lever is aimed at a known share of the total
- The reduction levers that fit your operations, such as efficiency, electrification, fuel switching, renewable power, process and material changes, and supplier engagement, each with an indicative cost, the tonnes it saves and how sure we are of both
- A pathway year by year from the baseline to your target, showing what each lever contributes and what is still left after all of them
- The capital projects lined up with your existing replacement and budget cycles, so the plan follows money you were going to spend anyway where it can
- Owners, milestones and the few figures to track each year, so progress can be reported rather than guessed
What it needs first
A baseline you trust. If there is not one yet, the roadmap starts with a site audit or a Scope 1, 2 and 3 inventory, and we say so in the proposal rather than plan against guesses.
What it lines up with
Emissions are counted to the GHG Protocol. Where you intend to set a science-based target, the pathway is built to the SBTi criteria for your sector, though validation is SBTi's decision, not ours. Where you report in BRSR, the milestones are set against the same figures, so the plan and the return draw on one set of numbers.
